We are looking for a commercial cleaner to join our team and help maintain one of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the building are kept clean and tidy. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

This particular job includes cleaning one building. Amount of hours per week: 7. This position is located in Ann Arbor, MI. If desired, more hours can be added provided there is positive progress.

This position is to be filled immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sanitize, restock bathrooms
• Vacuum carpets
• Wiping surfaces
• Trash
• Mopping (Dry and Wet)
• Kitchen basic cleaning (mopping sinks)
• Dusting throughout facility
• Clean entryway glass

Requirements:

• Background check
• Reliable transportation
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be willing to travel to Ann Arbor
• Live within 20 minutes of Ann Arbor
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds

This is a great opportunity for someone who would like a second income or part time work. We do NOT offer full time positions.
