Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious and visually appealing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on guest preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Engage with guests, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders

Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes
- Familiarity with various types of alcoholic beverages and their characteristics
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
