The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and coaching successful sales teams, leveraging data and using analytics to optimize decision making.
Job Description: As a Sales Manager you'll be instrumental in our success. You'll lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and surpass sales targets, shaping the direction of our sales department with your leadership and strategic vision.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor and inspire a team of sales representatives to exceed sales goals.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market reach.
· Cultivate strong, lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
· Analyze sales data to assess team performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
· Provide training and coaching to enhance the team's skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
· Partner with marketing, product and operations teams to align on strategies and enable seamless communication.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges.
· Generate regular reports on sales activities and results for senior management.
Requirements:
· Preferred 7 years of successful sales and/or sales management experience.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Strong leadership and team management abilities.
· Experience managing and motivating geographically distributed teams.
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to make data-driven decisions.
· Strong communicator with an entrpenurial mindset & passion for shaping sales processes and fostering a culture of high-performance.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
· Occasional travel within the USA.
