Job Title : Department Head
Department : OSRUI Wisconsin ( board, meals and room will be provided)
Duration : 5 / 25 / 24-8 / 5 / 24
Salary : - $3500 Flat
Note :
They will supervise the staff and the climbing facility on the camp site. There will be rope training / course.
Qualifications :
- Desire and ability to work with children in a camp setting
- Able to balance the needs of campers, camp, and themselves
- Ability to accept supervision and guidance
- Willingness to adapt behaviors as necessary to continue growing in their position and role in camp
- Be of good character, integrity, and adaptability
- Exceptional communication skills with both staff and campers
- Well-developed sense of responsibility, good judgment, and common sense
- Be an adult role model of how to live responsibly and maturely
- Understand the potential of young children
- The ability to maintain the stamina and endurance needed to succeed in an immersive camp environment
