Join our team as we help children develop a lifelong love for learning, faith, and community! We are hiring early childhood educators (ECE) and early childhood education assistants (ECEA) for our infant and toddler classrooms. We have full and part time positions available. Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lesson plans for children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play and structured activities
- Teach basic subjects such as math, language arts, science, and physical education
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who may need extra help or tutoring
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all daycare policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of the children
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development
- Ability to maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check clearance
