We pride ourselves on our collaborative work environment and are looking for a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate at High-Tech Solutions Inc., you will be an integral part of our operations team, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of our products from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Packing and preparing orders for shipment in accordance with company standards.
• Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment to move stock as needed.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to support a safe working environment.
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
• Adhering to scheduled work hours, being punctual, and managing time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
• Ensure open and clear communication with team members and management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to shipping and receiving tasks.

Schedule: Monday through Wednesday 9AM-5:30PM

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift operation certification or willingness to be trained.
• Experience in a shipping and receiving environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
