Job duties:

• Manage and inspire staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
• Uphold our standard operating procedures with new and existing team members with continuous training and mentorship
• Develop and implement operational rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Understand the processes of receiving inventory, creating, and integrating it through cannabis processing systems (Metrc, Dutchie)
• Maximize daily sales plans, manage expenses, and improve revenue through sales floor leadership
• Identify inventory not moving and communicate with leadership on it
• Maintaining store compliancy
• Monitoring other locations in the area on promotions other brands
• Manage cash handling procedures
• Manage employee scheduling maximizing your workflow when needed
• Communicate with corporate team on inventory ordering
• Ensure that the store is always organized and clean

Qualifications

 Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills

 Passionate about serving the local cannabis community

 Strong accounting, math and computer skills

 Self-directed, organized and detail oriented

 Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

 Able to work efficiently and accurately

 Energetic, collaborative team-oriented

 Must be at least 21 in age

 US resident with state issued ID or driver's license

 3 plus years in retail or food and beverage management

 1 year in cannabis management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
