The North Shore Hebrew Academy High School is a modern-orthodox, co-ed yeshiva high school seeking a full-time member of its administrative support staff. The position includes two major areas of responsibilities: receptionist and attendance officer .

In the attendance officer role this person is responsible for monitoring the daily attendance and punctuality of our student body and faculty, maintains the accuracy of the attendance module as part of our School Information System. In addition, must be proactive in communicating with students, parents and caregivers as the first point of contact, supporting the school's policies regarding lateness and attendance.

In the receptionist roll, the candidate greets faculty, students, families and visitors to the school and helps coordinate the traffic flow in the schools main office. Working collegially with the other office professionals , the receptionist shares in basic office functions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate mastery of computer applications used in current office environments, as well as with data based systems used in educational offices.

Salary will be commensurate with background and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
