Highpointe Surgery Center is a brand new Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Draper, UT and we are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent who will provide top-tier customer service ensuring that all customers feel welcome, informed and cared for from the moment they arrive at the building. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our establishment. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Medical Field Front Desk is preferred.

Duties:

-Phone: Handle incoming calls from patients and families, address all concerns they have with respect and courtesy. Place outbound calls to patient if scheduled times change, and providing information to them.

-Patient Interaction: Greet patients with kindess upon arrival, offer comfort to family members in the waiting room, offering refreshments and addressing concerns.

-Billing and Payments: Oversee payment processes, veryfy insurance, and ensuring accuracy and addressing patient inqueries when needed in a professional manner.

-Record Managment- Ensure pt's information is added correctly, maintain up to date patient records while keepint patients information confidential.

This will be a Full Time poisition Monday- Friday. Note that arrival time would be at 6:00 am for first surgery check in.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
