High Pointe Fence Contractors is looking for hardworking, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team. You must be a good problem-solver, able to think when faced with on-the-job challenges, and have attention to detail. You will be an important part of our crew that works together to complete high-quality fence projects.

Some of the essential duties for this job include:

• Supervise crew in the installation of fence
• Understand fittings and parts of fence
• Read and understand material orders
• Safely operate shovels, hammers, drills, nailers, saws etc
• Safely operate mini skids and attachments
• Safely operate full-sized skids and attachments
• Report project challenges and results to supervisor
• Direct the efforts of the installation crew
• Teach subordinates new skills and company procedures
• Read and understand project plans
• Communicate with customers
• Move materials and tools from truck to job location as needed
• Drive company pickup to job locations and tow trailers
• Back up trailers around obstacles
• Lead difficult and complex projects
• Direct crew and subordinates efficiently
• Direct organization of materials and equipment in the yard
• Inventory materials
• Store bulk materials properly
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of shop yard and office
• Participate in weekly safety meetings

• Reliable transportation to our facility
• Be able to pass a drug screening
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
