Your Mission:

As the CIC Project Manager, you'll work closely with our Executive Director to drive the exploration and potential development of our state-of-the-art Crisis Intervention Center (CIC). This groundbreaking project will involve everything from initial feasibility studies to policy development and the implementation of cutting-edge programming. Key Responsibilities:

Innovate and Implement: Lead the charge in planning, organizing, and executing the development of the CIC, ensuring that it meets the needs of our community and adheres to the highest standards of care.

Policy Powerhouse: Take the reins on crafting comprehensive policies and procedures for the CIC, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Community Collaboration: Forge strong relationships with state officials and community stakeholders to garner support and ensure the success of the CIC project.

Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Executive Director and Program Directors to integrate services, uphold quality initiatives, and align CIC operations with our center's overarching policies.

Talent Trailblazing: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of top-tier staff for the CIC, assembling a dream team dedicated to our mission.

Pathways to Progress: This position represents an exciting opportunity for professional growth, with the potential for it to evolve into a long-term role as either the CIC Administrative Director or the CIC Clinical Director, providing a clear trajectory for advancement and leadership within our organization.

Qualifications:
