High Performance Lead Professional Role
HPTA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our tennis academy as the High Performance Lead Professional. This role combines expertise in tennis coaching with a strong focus on developing and managing programming for high performing junior tennis players. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and program development, with a passion for fostering talent and creating a dynamic learning environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a highly visible engaging leader who represents HPTA accordingly.
  • Provides timely and consistent client communication, which includes the following:

o Phone or email contact with clientele: replying within 48 hours.

o Regular and consistent check-ins with clientele and parents of clientele (if junior clientele). Building rapport with clientele.

  • Cultivate participant relationships and integrate those members seamlessly into existing programming:

o New clientele

o Existing clientele

  • Provide HPTA Managers, Directors, COO, and CEO/Owner, with Session reports of private lesson clientele, and clinics as Lead Pro.
  • Provides timely and consistent internal communication with HPTA Staff, Managers, Directors, COO, and CEO/Owner
  • Offer Action Plans for private lesson and clinic participants looking for guidance or promotion.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for high performance junior tennis players, focusing on skill development, strategy, mental toughness, and physical conditioning.
  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the high performance junior tennis programming, including clinics, camps, tournaments, and specialized training sessions.
  • Work closely with the Director of Junior Player Development to align programming with the academy's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead and supervise a team of assistant coaches, ensuring quality instruction and adherence to academy high performance standards.
  • Conduct player evaluations and progress assessments to track individual development and adjust training plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents, players, and other academy staff to provide regular communication and support for player development pathways.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, coaching techniques, and player development strategies to continuously enhance the academy's programming.
  • Assist in recruiting and retaining talented junior players, contributing to the overall growth and success of the academy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
