Job Title: Maintenance Person Department: Operations

Reports to: Director of Operations Effective Date: Immediately

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Person performs tasks and duties required by the Director of Operations and other personnel.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains exterior appearance of offices including but not limited to: Landscaping, Pressure Washing, Handiwork
• Performs handiwork on interior of offices as needed.
• Hauls trailers carrying materials and/or equipment to and from offices and job sites.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must have an active Texas Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work with trailers including hooking up, hauling, loading, etc.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills. Ability to research problems for solutions.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least two years' related experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk long distances.

Ability to work in hot conditions.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
