This is a year-round, full-time travel opportunity. We climb cellular structures and perform any necessary maintenance. Technicians work in teams in order to complete all required maintenance. Our technicians are required to travel a couple weeks out at a time. Technicians travel to the location by cars rented or owned by High Maintenance & Mods. Hotel accommodations, travel, vehicle rental and equipment are all paid for by High Maintenance & Mods. A per diem of $40 per day is provided on paychecks.

High Maintenance & Mods provides the following:

REQUIRED (Not negotiable at all):

• 5 years clean driving history and a current drivers license. (NO DUI, OWI, Reckless Driving, Speeding 15-30 over limit or more than one speeding ticket in 5 years.)
• Experience working outside. Rain, shine, cold, snow, wind, etc.
• High attention to safety.
• Ethical, honest, trustworthy.
• Add, subtract and interpret measurements accurately.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Self starter - motivated, willing to get up and take responsibility to get work done.
• Communicate in English clearly - both written and spoken.
