High Line Car Sales is Hiring a Parts Specialist Near Ocoee, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for ordering parts for vehicles.

Duties:
- Collaborate with demand planning team to forecast parts requirements
- Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating prices, and placing orders
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or issues with inventory
- Assist in resolving any quality or performance issues with parts suppliers
- Provide technical support to customers and internal teams regarding parts selection and compatibility
- Utilize order management system for efficient tracking and processing of orders
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and repair processes
- Proficient in demand planning and supply chain management principles
- Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience is a plus
