Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities.
- Respond to maintenance requests from management in a timely manner.
- ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Fabricate or repair items using various tools and equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to schedule repairs or installations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Skills:

- Excellent customer service skills to interact with co workers and address maintenance needs.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for maintenance work.
- Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Adility to be able to take direction and do as asked
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and find effective solutions.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The Maintenance Person will be responsible for maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and addressing any issues that arise. Strong customer service skills are also essential for interacting with and addressing their maintenance needs in a timely manner.
