High Life is looking for a strong leader that can manage a high foot traffic retail location in Boone, NC.
We are searching for a MOTIVATED and DEDICATED manager to join our team in our growing industry across the Carolina's.

Reliable transportation and time-management is a must. Your training hours will be paid and reflect on your first paycheck.
Pay starting at: $13-15/hour PLUS uncapped commission bonuses
Expected hours: 35-40 per week
JOB DETAILS
-Completing weekly inventory assignments.
-Creating schedules for team members
-Placing monthly product orders
-Communicating any policy, procedure updates and new products with your team.
-Reporting any issues or problems to District Manager and/or Field Training Manager.
-Delegating tasks for your teammates to keep the store organized and clean.
-Must be literate in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
-Giving direction and leadership to team members
-Must be able to meet deadlines of given tasks by Upper Management.
-Must be able to issue documentation to employees and hold team members accountable.
