We are hiring a year-round Groundskeeper to help keep our grounds functionally and aesthetically sound. The best candidate for this position will be someone who exhibits a positive attitude and is receptive to instruction.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Maintains lawns, landscaping, trees, shrubs, flowers, irrigation, exterior fencing, and driveways
• Operates various types of landscaping/ gardening power equipment and hand tools
• Assists with trimming, cutting, and removing trees and shrubs as needed
• Completes snow removal tasks by operating snowplows, and snowblowers to clear roads, driveways, and parking lots

Compensation is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn.

REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants are required to have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs at a time and must be physically able to operate power equipment.

Although not required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping.
