As a Guest Services Representative for High Hotels LTD., you are required to positively represent the hotel to the guest by responding courteously and efficiently to guest needs, acting as a source of information about the hotel and local area, and assisting guests during arrivals and departure. You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard and handling departmental accounting and financial transactions as they relate to this position.
This position will be located at the Hampton Inn on Greenfield Road in Lancaster, PA.
We are seeking a Part-Timecandidate with flexible availability to work mainly 3:00pm - 11:00pm on varying days, including weekends.
Weekends include a $2/hr. shift premium!
Starting Rate: $14.50/hr. - $15.50/hr. depending upon experience.
