As a leading dental practice in Salem, MA, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating treatment plans and ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Review treatment plans with patients, explaining procedures, fees, and insurance coverage
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and treatment sequences
- Assist with insurance verification and claims processing
- Discuss financial arrangements and payment options with patients
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and insurance processes
