Our dental practice is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care by coordinating treatment plans and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for our patients.
Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing treatment plans with patients and explaining procedures, fees, and insurance coverage
• Scheduling and coordinating appointments and treatment sequences
• Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing
• Discussing financial arrangements and payment options with patients
• Providing exceptional customer service and answering patient inquiries

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role within the dental field is preferred.
In addition will do insurance collections, must know the dental insurance codes (we take HMO and PPO); and must also be able to do hygiene recall.
We provide and require that our staff train for their positions and this is part of our schedule.
DAYS and HOURS: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
Requirements:
