We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is a small private practice and the Office Manager will also have Treatment Coordinator duties.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise office staff
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Oversee utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Treatment Coordination
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management in a dental office.
- Experience with coordinating and closing treatment plans.
- Familiarity with medical records management systems and procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

DAYS/HOURS: MONDAY 10 - 7ishTUESDAY 9 - 5WEDNESDAY 10-7THURSDAY 9 - 5
We provide and require staff training. This will be done on some Fridays and Saturdays.
