High Desert Hospice LLC is Hiring a Hospice LPN Near Albuquerque, NM

High Desert Hospice is looking for an LPN to join our wonderful team! We have a rapidly growing census and are looking for someone who can keep up with the growth while providing exceptional care to our patients. As an LPN Case Manager you would be working with our team as a whole to care for our terminally ill patients who reside in assisted living facilities, at home, or in nursing homes. You will work with a team of nurses, social workers, chaplains, CNA's and our medical director, to care for the patients. You would be working with an RN case manager to split patient visits during the week. Hospice experience is not required but you must be willing to learn and must have compassion for the people we serve. Though we care for all terminally ill diagnosed patients we have a large population of Alzheimer's and Geri-psych patients so psych experience is a plus for us.Here at High Desert we strive to have a family oriented office with a close knit staff who are all here to support each other. Benefits including health, vision and dental are covered in full by us after 60 days. We are also offering a sign on and retention bonus, amount will depend on experience. We look forward to hearing from you
