Permanent Full Time Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant needed for busy Foot and Ankle Surgeon's office. Monday thru Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3:30
The Medical Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities will be generated by our lead receptionist to include answering phones, greeting patients, and checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments.
Must be organized, have superb communication skills, practice excellent time management and customer service skills, be a problem-solver, and gracefully assist disgruntled customers if that should arise.
Additional duties: Handling referrals, taking payments, getting daily packets ready for the week and any other tasks assigned by office manager and/or lead receptionist.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
