Job Description:

Full Time

Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm

Weekends Off

As a McElroy Fusion Equipment Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of McElroy fusion equipment. Your primary goal will be to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of McElroy fusion machines, supporting our clients in achieving seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on McElroy fusion equipment to ensure proper functionality and prevent breakdowns.

2. Diagnosis and Repair: Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with McElroy fusion machines, performing repairs promptly and efficiently.

3. Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of McElroy fusion equipment to maintain high-quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.

4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team to understand equipment usage patterns and provide proactive maintenance solutions.

6. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and upgrades in McElroy fusion technology, recommending improvements and updates as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Previous experience as a McElroy Fusion Equipment Mechanic or similar role a plus, but will train the right individual. You will work along side and learn from our current McElroy Master Mechanic.

2. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and provide clear instructions during training sessions.

3. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

4. Safety Conscious: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
