High Brow Coffee in Franklin, TN is looking for one team member to join our team. Part time or potentially a full time position available. We are a specialty coffee roaster located 3 miles west of downtown Franklin at 188 Front Street Ste 102. Our ideal candidate is hard working, attentive, punctual, happy and reliable.
Responsibilities
- Serve customers well while being attentive to their needs
- Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs (once trained on espresso bar)
- Prep/Prepare food (biscuits, panini's, pop tarts etc.)
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Qualifications
- Proven working experience in service Industry
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- An ability to see things that need to be done and anticipate the next move
