Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP is Hiring a Litigation Paralegal Near San Diego, CA

Higgs Fletcher & Mack LLP, one of San Diego’s oldest and most prestigious downtown law firms, has an opening for an experienced business, civil litigation paralegal. Salary commensurate with experience. Please submit resume and salary requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

· Knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures

· Extensive management of cases through document review applications such as Eclipse and iManage

· Process electronically stored information (ESI)

· Analyze data through such means as Excel

· Prepare, organize, and summarize discovery

· Prepare certain motion documents and other correspondence

· Draft declarations and keep discovery and records logs

· Organize and summarize voluminous documents

· Prepare/manage subpoenas

· Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediation, and trials

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required

· Minimum of eight years of litigation paralegal experience

· Strong litigation skills and attention to detail

· Professional appearance and professional communication with clients and co-workers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
