Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Commercial Insurance Client Service Manager for our Bossier City, LA office.

We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Lines Client Service Representative to join our team. As a leading insurance agency, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Commercial Lines Client Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a positive experience with our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to commercial clients, including handling inquiries, policy changes, and claims
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and prepare proposals for new business
• Review and analyze client policies to identify coverage gaps and make recommendations for coverage enhancements
• Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and renewals
• Work closely with producers to assist with new business development and retention efforts
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
• Strong knowledge of various commercial lines products and coverages
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and agency management systems
• A valid insurance license is preferred
