Higginbotham, a privately held, independent insurance and financial services firm that ranks within the top 20 nationwide, has an immediate opening for a Middle Market Commercial Insurance Account Manager/Customer Service Representative for our McAllen, TX office.

Account Managers/Customer Service Representatives this location will assist the P&C Sales Producers in managing a book of business and generating the process of marketing to present policy options to current and potential clients. Duties include but are not limited to service and support of our commercial clients and our commercial insurance producers.

The candidate can expect to:

• You will work as the liaison between insurance companies, agents, and clients.
• Duties involve responding to requests for information and documentation and handling renewals of expiring policies
• Prepare and present commercial insurance solutions
• Re-market existing insurance policies to improve our clients’ ability to manage risk
• Work with business and insurance professionals to renew commercial insurance policies
• Amend insurance policies to meet the needs of our clients
• Respond to client inquiries and change requests
• Handling Invoicing policies, Endorsements, Audits, Cancellations
• Other duties as assigned

Location: 

• McAllen, Texas

Experience: 

• 3-5 years of previous commercial insurance experience preferred

License/Certification:

• Property & Casualty License required
