Stahl & Associates Insurance, a Higginbotham Partner, has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Lakeland, FL.
We are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated insurance professional who can provide exceptional service to our commercial clients, while enjoying a team-oriented culture and excellent work/life balance! This position can be hybrid, or remote for the right candidate, but we would prefer someone who enjoys the social interaction of being in an office setting. This individual will handle all aspects of servicing a commercial P&C book of mid-market business, which includes manufacturing, construction, contractors, social services, retail and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of processing and renewal of policies, endorsements, and rating and quoting of new and renewal business. Must also possess excellent customer service skills to answer policy and coverage related questions and must be able to multi-task and pay strong attention to detail. This position requires thorough documentation of conversations, emails and correspondence with customers and carriers in the Agency Management System.
