Higginbotham Insurance Agency is Hiring a Call Center Representative Near Richardson, TX

Financial Benefit Services (FBS), a Higginbotham partner, has an immediate opening for a Call Center Representative.

The primary functions of a Call Center Representative are to handle incoming inquiries through a central telephone system and assist customers in a professional and cheerful manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer central telephone system and assist customers in a cheerful manner.
  • Create a connection and develop rapport with customers to provide outstanding personalized service.
  • Identify customer needs and assist in providing complete resolution of customer concerns.
  • Knows how to communicate complicated benefit concepts to the client in an easy to understand manner.
  • Provide technical support and assist customers with enrolling in benefits using THEbenefitsHUB. Technical support includes providing login support and troubleshooting customer issues with enrollments.
  • Assist customers through the annual open enrollment process by providing product knowledge and answering questions.
  • Inform and educate members on how to utilize self service capabilities and functionality on the THEbenefitsHUB.
  • Perform other duties as needed or required.

Location:

  • Remote
  • This is a seasonal position

Qualifications Needed:

  • High school diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years industry experience and/or product knowledge preferred.
  • Group 1 Insurance License.
  • Must have excellent phone skills and listening skills.
  • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Must maintain professional conduct.
  • Must have excellent planning, organizational and time management skills. Individual should prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
  • Must have proven work ethic, customer service attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Complete tasks accurately.
  • Adherence to all company policies and rules.
  • Commitment to safety in all work practices.
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various problems, and prioritize work.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job.
