Job Overview:
Higdon Outdoors LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to join our team. The Shipping Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing all outbound freight shipments. This position will report to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, EDI, International, etc.,)
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Monitor ship dates to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Ensure compliance is met with all regular outbound shipments, international and our EDI customers.
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in logistics processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for efficient shipments.

- Negotiate shipping agreements and monitor bill accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
