Job Summary
HiFAB is seeking a talented Sales Specialist to ensure all aspects of customer success from recruiting to administering documentation throughout the customer’s purchasing and home installation process.
Responsibilities & Duties
The Sales Specialist will undertake a variety of Sales and Marketing Duties. Some of these duties include recruiting potential customers through events, lunches, and other similar activities; working with clients as they select home models, and variations thereof; giving frequent updates and administering necessary information gathered throughout several aspects of the business to the customer; ensuring the timely collection of necessary information and documents from each customer and distributing that information to various aspects of the HiFAB business.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelors degree or combination of relevant experience, preferred but not required.
· Minimum of 5 years in sales or similar experience, preferably in new home sales or real estate.
· Background in real estate, construction, development, or other aspects of building sales.
· Strong interpersonal, administrative, and written communication skills
· Ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and all applications.
· Local to Dallas/Fort Worth area is a plus.
Salary & Benefits
· $60,000 - $80,000; depending on experience
