An asset recovery agency is looking for a professional with transport coordinator abilities to perform various lot management and delivery functions. This position is ideal for an individual who has experience working in vehicle storage management and lot management. Transport Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Account for all vehicles in all lots
• Perform various audits in order to keep track of all vehicle storage
• Schedule and confirm all appointments for transportation
• Track deliveries to ensure company compliance
• Coordinate with transport manager to effectively plan transport
• Ensure timely deliver in accordance with client guidelines
• Upload all required forms (client specific)
• Communicate with all lots regarding vehicle transportation
• Build professional relationships with clients, transport companies and auctions
• Monitor and report transportation concerns
• Provide tracking information for clients if requested
• Use company database to verify transportation of vehicles, and ensure all data is conveyed accurately

Requirements

• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have reliable transportation
• Are punctual and responsible
• Are organized and driven to meet deadlines
• Can remain professional and calm in high-stress situations
• Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Have at least one (1) year of high-volume Call Center experience (100-200 calls per day)
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
