Are you seeking to start your career in healthcare but do not have any training? Hidden Springs offers DCA (Direct Care Aide) training with certificate. If you are highly motivated and compassionate, please apply to our paid 40 hour DCA program!

Responsibilities:

• $3.00 evening, night, and weekend shift diff.
• Must hold a valid CNA, NA or DCA certificate
• Assists residents in daily activities
• Ensure accurate completion of all documents
• Notifies nurse of any changes in condition or potential problem with residents.
• Communicates necessary information effectively to all staff, residents & family members.
• Arrives to work on time for scheduled shift.
• Promotes teamwork & positivity.
• Provides support to other resident care and staff.
• Provides positive customer service.
• Assist with transportation of residents.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Physical ability to lift, push pull of up to 50 lbs or more.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.

Pay: $16-$17 per hour
