Position Overview:
As a Dispositions Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our real estate investment strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing the sale of properties acquired by the company, from listing to closing. Your primary objective will be to maximize profitability by efficiently and effectively selling properties in a timely manner while maintaining the company's reputation for quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Analysis: Evaluate acquired properties to determine optimal pricing and sales strategies based on market conditions, property condition, and investment objectives.
• Listing Management: Coordinate the listing process, including preparing property listings, coordinating professional photography, creating marketing materials, and managing online listings.
• Prospect Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for potential buyers, responding to inquiries, scheduling property viewings, and providing information about properties.
• Negotiation: Negotiate offers with potential buyers to achieve the best possible sale price and terms for the company.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate the sale of properties and identify new opportunities.
• Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform pricing and sales strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on property sales activity, including status updates, sales forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in real estate sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in selling residential properties.
• Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
