Nurse Manager (LPN)
Great opportunity for clinical leadership as NURSE MANAGER (LPN). Enjoy one-on-one with residents in this smaller setting at Hickory Valley Retirement.
The NURSE MANAGER (LPN) is a fulltime department manager, leads our team of Care Aides and LPNs who provide services to the 15-units as well as our 113 independent residents through "Independent Living Plus".
IDEAL CANDIDATE for NURSE MANAGER (LPN):
- Heart for seniors.
- LPN from accredited program.
- Active state nursing license
- 3 years' experience in senior services
- 2 years' supervisory experience (senior services preferred)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent customer service and hospitality
- Trustworthy and dependable
- Work efficiently and effectively with little to no supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional
- Patient and compassionate
Job Duties Include:
- Oversee clinical services
- Keep resident care department survey-ready
- Interview, hire and train staff
- Scheduling / staffing
- Interact with and support residents' families
