Description
Server :
Upbeat, kind, hospitality-minded person who enjoys making people happy.
Functions :
- Knowledge of the menu delivering Picture Perfect Food to every guest every time.
- Smile and project positivity
- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
- Follows alcohol awareness procedures for identifying age, preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
- Collects payment (credit cards, cash) for drinks and / or food served following company established accounting procedures for all transactions.
- Maintains table appearance.
- Keeps section clean, sets up and takes down server drink station.
- Performs opening, running and closing side work.
- Adheres to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
- Assists other Team Members as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to operate POS, make change and accurately conduct credit card transactions and account for all monies at the end of each shift.
- Stands / walks 6 to 8 hours per shift.
- Reaches, lifts and bends, frequently.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to verbalize and clearly respond to Guests.
- Ability to be friendly and smile
