Hickory Recovery is Hiring a Transportation Driver Near Longview, TX
Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives? We have an exciting opportunity for aTransportation Driverto provide safe, reliable, and accommodating transportation to clients throughout their care.
Responsibilities:
Transports patients to and from facility upon intake and discharge
Verifies client information and completes all demographics in accurate and timely manner.
Speaks with prospective clients and completes appropriate pre-admissionforms
Maintains confidential files and materials as directed, maintains professional boundaries.
Works and communicates daily with a multi-disciplinary team including medical, clinical, and financial elements.
Cultural sensitivity and ethical attention to all clients, callers
Adheres to training and development standards set forth by Hickory, Joint Commission, and State Regulations
Upholds familiarity with State and Federal laws and regulations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Two or more years of service or sales experience
Excellent driving record is required.
Positive demeanor and clear understanding of professional boundaries with patients
Ability to follow directives explicitly, adhere to facility policies, provide patient-driven customer service, and exercise time management skills.
Schedule flexibility, holiday, and weekend rotation isREQUIRED.
Must hold valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele.
Compensation: $15.38-16.82/hr.
Work Schedule: This position is primarily night shift and may include on call duties.
