This position is based Hickman's Corporate Office. You will be expected to take notes and fully engage in all facets of training selected by Courtney Kahl, Hickman's Controller. You will be invited to audit meetings and attend certain discussions as directed by Glenn and Billy HIckman. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• Communicate with your team
• Verify and accurately log information of all training
• Ensure accuracy when being tasked with certain projects
• Maintain professionalism in communications, all forms

Qualifications

• Safety conscious
• Adhere to Office Ergonmics for wellness
• Fast learner and able to adjust quickly to changing needs
• Self-motivated, dependable and able to work independently
• Frequently stand, walk, reach with hands and arms
• Frequently lift up to 10-15 pounds
• Reach Competency of tech platforms, information systems
• Recap learning at the end of each week as requested by Courtney, Billy and/or Glenn
