Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for detailed inspection of returned products, diagnosing faults, and performing repairs and maintenance.
2. Must master the technical specifications and repair techniques of products and independently troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Document and report the progress and outcomes of repair tasks, ensuring that repair quality and efficiency meet company standards.
4. Provide timely feedback on abnormal returns, collaborating with relevant departments to continuously improve product quality.
Qualifications:
1. Background in electronics, mechanics, or related fields; candidates with 2 years of electronic product repair experience preferred.
2. Possession of an electrician certificate will be given priority, along with the necessary electrical safety knowledge and operational skills.
3. Familiarity with the structure and working principle of electric scooters and other short-distance commuting products, able to quickly and accurately diagnose and resolve technical issues.
4. Proficient in English communication for technical discussions and problem-solving, proficiency in Chinese would be a plus.
5. Responsible, attentive, with excellent customer service awareness and teamwork skills.
6. Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, possess good learning and adaptability, willing to receive training on new technologies and knowledge.
7. Strong professional ethics and integrity, serious and responsible in work, able to protect the privacy and interests of customers and the company.
8. Must have legal US identity and SSN, eligible to work legally in the U.S, and willing to do W2 form tax declaration.
