SUMMARY

The Specialist, Store Ops Projects is responsible for providing support on a variety of store operations projects, including the planning, communication, and analysis of project metrics.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee project communications, including the content review and delivery.
• Assist in the development of training materials of various projects.
• Identify performance gaps in current processes and work with the appropriate teams to develop and execute corrective actions.
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain project metrics, helping the store operations team make data-driven decisions and track progress.
• Assist in a variety of store operations project and initiatives.
• Communicate project related status information across departments.
• Track and monitor various operations projects and processes.
• Protect the company’s assets and financial information by ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of internal control procedures and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

No supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of experience in retail store operations
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
• Experience working for a retail company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
