Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner
- Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Educate members on available products and services to meet their financial needs

- Maintain member accounts and records with confidentiality and accuracy
- Assist in loan origination processes
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service within the financial services industry is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with members
- Knowledge of financial sales techniques is a plus
- Ability to perform loan origination tasks effectively
- Familiarity with fraud prevention detection methods
