Provides test area with parameters for sample testing and specifies tests to be performed. Compiles data and defines changes required in testing equipment, testing procedures, manufacturing processes, or new testing requirements. Responsible for testing all customer samples and for special tests that cannot be performed in the test area.
Minimum of two (2) years of applicable experience in testing, systems engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other.
Demonstrated problem solving skills with hands-on project experience.
Excellent communication skills presentation, oral, written, and listening.
Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize job assignments and tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as in an integrated team and adapt to change and dynamic requirements.
Demonstrated technical writing and/or procedure development skills.
Demonstrated experience with testing automation or other lean manufacturing/testing methodologies.
Bachelor Degree in an engineering or STEM related field.
