Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Automotive A Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills. We are looking for a shop manager to help us create an environment of success by growing both car count and revenue! You will be responsible to delegate work to the other technicians. You will also be required to create estimates and locate parts needed to complete jobs.

Duties:
- Diagnose vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and brake system failures
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or safety concerns
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle problems
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed on vehicles

- Prepare estimates and order parts for customers vehicles
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology advancements, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and maintenance tasks
- Familiarity with diesel engine repair is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Leadership skills and an ability to motivate others
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
