Hi Tech Auto Care is growing auto service facility in Sacramento. We service light to medium duty vehicles with high quality results.

The ideal candidate for this position will be able to wear many hats. We will need someone to step in as Service Advisor on some days, so some service advising experience is preferred. Generally the candidate will be doing more shop facilities duty. For example:

Shop maintenance: Provide Gm with facilities overview report, check vehicle lifts for proper operation, check entry points for proper operation, monitor shop systems and advise of repair needed, maintain tool storage and maintenance, ensure mobile equipment (A/C and Flush machines) are cleaned and in proper operation, maintain shop vehicles (wash, fuel and advise of maintenance needed), address exterior property needs

Inventory Management: Monitor shop fuel and oil supply, clean and organize all storage areas, update GM weekly of any inventory needs, assist GM in vendor relationships, assure parts cores are returned in a timely manner

Safety Management: Ensure proper safety equipment location, operation, and use, maintain safety records, conduct monthly safety meetings

What were looking for:

• 1 year experience in Service Advising for a range of makes and models
• 1 year experience in a role similar to porter or shop assistant
• high level skill in organization, time management, and communication
• valid drivers licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
