Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to!

• Able to operate a snow plow, lawn mower and weed whacker
• 5 to 7 years general maintenance experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record

What it takes to be Maintenance/General Labor at Hi-Tec:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must Pass criminal background check, Fingerprinting and Motor Vehicle report
• Reliable attendance
• Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting
• Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility
