Day-to-Day Responsibilities- included but not limited to!

• Facilitate good relationships with the client, employee and other Hi-Tec Building Services support staff
• Support and assist Senior Manager
• Provide quality audits periodically, provide appropriate follow up
• Proactively address and resolve issues that may arise. Document and submit reports to Sr. Operations
• Respond to customer requests with lightning speed
• Provide motivational leadership and remain available to your team at all times
• Execute daily communication and directives from Manager
• Attend Customer/Management meetings as requested
• Drive to multiple Facilities daily within account territory
• Cover cleaning services to support employees
• Sanitizing surfaces to ensure a healthy germ-free environment
• In depth cleaning of common areas and restrooms
• Provide regular floor care
• Ensuring proper care of equipment pre/post use
• Ensure windows have a streak-free sparkling shine
• Removing Garbage (Lifting 40-50lbs)
• Ensuring restrooms are sanitized and well stocked with necessary products
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in allotted amount of time, and exceeds expectations

What it takes to be an Assistant at Hi-Tec:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 1 year Previous Manager experience in the janitorial field
• Must Pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR
• Reliable attendance
• Have Basic Computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50lbs
• Understanding and executing verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently as well as within a group setting
• Take pride in your work and be respectful of others. A strong sense of personal responsibility
