We are seeking a Pool Builderto support a local construction company in Littleton MA.

This is an onsite role open to localcandidates.

Thisis a yearround fulltime position.

Job Summary :

The Pool Builder will constructhighquality indoor pools and spas involving collaboration withdesign teams construction of various pool components andmaintaining strict adherence to safety and qualitystandards

KeyResponsibilities :

• Collaboratewith design teams to plan and execute indoor pool and spa projects.
• Constructand install pool and spa frames plumbing systems and finishingmaterials according to specifications and safetystandards.
• Operatea variety of tools and machinery to cut shape and install materialssuch as tiles concrete andacrylic.
• Ensurewaterproofing and sealing processes are executedflawlessly.
• Troubleshootand resolve any construction or material issues that arise duringthe buildprocess.
• Conductsite evaluations and prepare work areas to ensure a safe andefficient constructionenvironment.
• Communicateeffectively with clients providing updates and responding toinquiries throughout the constructionprocess.
• Maintaina clean and organized job site and adhere to all safety regulationsand companypolicies.

Requirements

Education :

HS Diploma or equivalent.

Required :

• 58 yearsof proven experience in pool construction or a similar fieldpreferably with a focus on indoor environments.
• Strongunderstanding of construction principles plumbing systems andappropriate buildingcodes.
• Abilityto read and interpret blueprints and technicaldrawings.
• Physicallycapable of performing manual labor including lifting heavymaterials and operatingmachinery.

Required : 5 years of proven experience in pool construction or a similarfield, with a focus on preferably in indoor environments.
