Hi-Pointe Drive-In is Hiring an Operations Services - Project Manager Near St. Louis, MO

Job Description This entry level position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining multiple software databases that support and help drive restaurant operations for multiple brands. Other responsibilities will range from small to large in-restaurant projects related to information technology software, hardware installation, product development, event support and operational training/support. Responsibilities

  • Develop and support all restaurant projects from initiation to close and manage scope, develop timelines, and mitigate risks.
  • Support senior managers with setting project goals and achieving project objectives.
  • Responsible for data management, including data entry, maintenance, and the ability to identify trends and use the information to support operational decisions.
  • Liaises with applicable areas of operations and senior managers to ensure timely and effective communication regarding the performance of multiple ongoing projects.
  • Develop and design tools and excel spreadsheets that inform operations on performance and progress.
  • Evaluates the financial impact related to assigned projects and effectively manages the budget.
  • Organize and manage project meetings to discuss goals and assign tasks as needed.
  • Streamline processes to produce more efficient progress.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Problem-solving: Quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
  • Teamwork: Must be able to collaborate with leadership & operations to achieve project goals.
  • Creativity: Bring new and innovative IT solutions that are in support of operations and reduce friction for the operators

Qualified Candidates

  • Adaptive learner related to software and database management.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity with diverse teams to deliver a program and related project plans that support company objectives.
  • 2 years of restaurant experience minimum.
  • 2 years of project management, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, and communications preferred.
  • R365 Experience preferred.
  • Toast POS & Management System experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
